Constanta

Jantzen Development has completed four projects comprising 2,300 hectares of farmland around Constanta in the South Eastern part of Romania. The Constanta projects were initiated in 2007.

The farmland was acquired by Jantzen Development and resold to four investors who wanted to benefit from a current lease income and a potential appreciation of the land value.

Jantzen Development has subsequently handled the administration of leases for the investors.
